Phil has more than 35 years of public accounting experience, including 11 years with a national firm. He's involved in audits, reviews and compilation engagements, as well as tax planning and preparation for all types of entities and individuals.
Phil's experience includes providing services for clients in various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, professional services, residential and commercial construction and not-for-profits.
He is a 1968 graduate of the University of Richmond, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Central Virginia Chapter - CFMA and the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, having served as Chair of the Finance Committee. Phil is active in his church and has served as Deacon, Treasurer, and Trustee. He has served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for CARITAS.
