Audit Senior

As an Audit Senior, you will interact with clients directly to discuss field audit issues. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Interact with clients gathering information, resolving problems, and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare accurate workpapers for accounting and auditing engagements
  • Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues
  • Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned
  • Provide excellent timely client service, deliver high quality work, and strengthen client relationships
  • Effectively work in a virtual environment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Mentor and coach staff level co-workers as needed
  • Learn and uphold the firm’s expectations for work quality and professional development as well as the firm’s cultural and core values

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of public accounting audit experience
  • CPA or CPA candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Working knowledge of GAAS, GAAP, and other professional standards and regulations
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and ongoing education opportunities including CPE development
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
