Clay Coleman - Chief Operating Officer
Clay is a seasoned leader with 30 plus years of corporate and consulting management experience. Operations, strategy, technology, relationship management and solution delivery are the cornerstones of his career. Clay has worked in industries ranging from financial services, distribution/logistics, healthcare, insurance, and non-profit. He is a strong people leader effective at resource optimization, organizational design, and building team cohesion.
Clay has an MBA from The College of William & Mary and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. Additionally, he has been active in the community as a volunteer leader at school, church, youth sports, and neighborhood associations.
