Frank’s 35-plus years in accounting have made him the go-to accountant for a range of clients that includes healthcare organizations, architects, engineers, manufacturer’s representatives and others. He is involved in audit, review and compilation engagements, including audits of retirement plans.
He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and return preparation. Frank is a 1979 graduate of the University of Richmond and was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Achievement Award in Accounting in 1979.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Richmond Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Midlothian Rotary Club.
